Sally Cooper (aka Jambo Chameleon)

My name is Sally and I am a Textile Designer, who has been a stay at home Mum for the last few years. (♥ I have two beautiful boys ♥).

I am now a freelance surface pattern designer and I freelance for an Interior design company, I often be found giving art & craft lessons to kids, and my Etsy shop also keeps me busy!

I really just like to be creative in general!!

I was born in the UK and studied there, but moved to Australia with my husband in 2002.

One of my most favourite things is going on a 'creative journey' on Etsy, by typing in randon keyword searches and seeing where they lead me!
Or following a trail of other people's favourites, from one person to another, like a daisy chain of lovely things!

Another, is to REscue old 'treasures'from a Landfill fate, like tattered & forlorn books, and REuse, REcycle, REvamp, or REpurpose them, so they can be useful and loved once again (and maybe again...)!

In no particular order - I also love: vintage design, COLOUR, travel, flowers (especially Rannunculus & peonies), jewellery (not flashy gold & diamonds, but colourful beads & artisan silver and textile-y pendants),
other CREATIVE PEOPLE, kids art, magazines and books, art galleries, the internet, baking, movies....

... OH & never quite growing up!! Let's say YOUNG AT HEART!!

THE BEST THING ABOUT ETSY IS ALL THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE YOU GET TO 'MEET'!! I love that sooo much :)
